Creatick Management Platform
A complete case study on Creatick, a social media management platform, showcasing my end-to-end design and development process. This project highlights UX/UI design, front-end development, and agile methodologies.
The Introduction
Creatick is a comprehensive social media management platform designed for Instagram users, businesses, and content creators. In an era where social media presence is vital, Creatick provides tools to streamline content scheduling, manage engagement, and analyze performance.
The goal was to create a unified dashboard that solves the complication of using multiple tools for scheduling, reporting, and direct messaging. As the Product Designer, I led the entire lifecycle of the product from User Research to Interaction Design and Frontend Implementation.

Research & Strategy
To build a solution that truly resonated with users, I conducted qualitative interviews with social media managers and influencers. The goal was to uncover hidden pain points in their daily workflows.
Efficiency First
Users prioritize speed and automation over complex feature sets.
Mobile Dependency
For influencers, mobile-first capability is non-negotiable.
Data Visualization
Raw data is overwhelming; users need actionable insights.
User Personas
Based on the research, I focused on two distinct user types: the professional consultant managing multiple clients, and the content creator focusing on personal brand growth.
Lana Mitchell
Lana is a 32-year-old freelancer helping small businesses grow their Instagram presence. She manages multiple client accounts, creating content strategies and reporting performance metrics daily.
Goals
- Streamline scheduling for multiple clients.
- Automate detailed performance reports.
- Manage direct messages from one unified inbox.
Frustrations
- Juggling too many tools for scheduling and reporting.
- Time-consuming manual reporting processes.
- Missing client messages due to app switching.

Ethan Reynolds
Ethan is a 27-year-old influencer sharing fitness and wellness content. He collaborates with brands and needs to maintain consistent content quality and audience engagement while on the go.
Goals
- Automate posting to maintain consistent flow.
- Respond quickly to DMs from followers and brands.
- Track engagement performance to improve strategy.
Frustrations
- Managing multiple conversations without a central inbox.
- Losing engagement during busy travel periods.
- Unclear insights into which content formats perform best.

Competitive Analysis
Direct Competitors
Analyzed Buffer, Hootsuite, and Later to understand common patterns.
Opportunity
Found a gap in seamless DM management integrated with scheduling.
Information Architecture
Simplified Hierarchy
Flattened the navigation to make key tasks accessible in fewer clicks.
Task-Based Flow
Organized features by workflow: Create, Schedule, Engage, Analyze.
Process & Wireframes
I created low-fidelity wireframes to test layout assumptions. I iterated on the dashboard widget arrangement to ensure the most critical data was visible "above the fold."
UI Design & System
Clean Aesthetics
Used plenty of whitespace and subtle shadows to create depth.
Brand Integration
Established a design system based on Creatick's signature blue.
Consistent Components
Created reusable components in Figma to speed up development.

Design Deliverables
High-fidelity UI designs showcasing the Dashboard, Scheduler, and Unified Inbox.
Creative Collaboration
Managed the project in an agile environment, ensuring iterative improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
- Agile development with iterative feedback.
- Close alignment with business goals.
- Emphasis on scalable and maintainable code.

Final Outcome
The final platform provides a unified, powerful experience that solves the core problem of social media management fragmentation.
"Working with Argzon was an incredible experience. From research to design to development, he truly understood our vision and transformed it into an intuitive, high-performing platform. The UI is sleek, the UX is seamless, and our users love the experience."

CTO, Creatick
Key Takeaways
Managing information density is key for dashboard design.
Component-based development significantly speeds up the build process.
User testing early often reveals incorrect assumptions about feature utility.
Conclusion
Creatick was a comprehensive exercise in end-to-end product design. It reinforced the importance of balancing feature-richness with simplicity, ensuring that the tool empowers users rather than overwhelming them.
